On March 17, a landmark event for the educational community took place at the university base in the city of Myrhorod — a workshop titled "Where to Look for Inspiration When There Is Darkness Around: Restoring the Inner Resource". The event, organized by the Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers of the Myrhorod City Council, brought together staff members from the dean's and director's offices of the State Institution "Luhansk National University named after Taras Shevchenko" and the Separate Structural Subdivision "Bryanka Professional College".
The speakers and moderators of the meeting were Viktoriia Volodymyrivna Solomakha, Director of the Center, and Vita Ivanivna Kozlova, Consultant.
The workshop program was aimed at developing self-support skills during difficult times. Participants did not just listen to theory but actively mastered stabilization practices: state diagnostics: through the "My Battery" and "Corridor" exercises, those present learned to recognize the level of their own exhaustion; stabilization techniques: the moderators demonstrated effective "Instant Help" methods, grounding, and centering exercises that help restore a sense of control; working with meanings: the use of metaphoric associative cards (MAC) helped to find individual sources of inspiration.
The event was held in an atmosphere of special emotional uplift, which is confirmed by the sincere feedback from the participants.
Volodymyr Donchenko, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Educational and Research Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies, shared his impressions of the meeting's dynamics: "The hour and a half of the workshop literally flew by in one breath! The program was so rich and interesting that time seemed to pass unnoticed, and the energy in the audience only grew."
Nataliia Pavlova, Deputy Dean for Social and Humanitarian Work of the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, noted the special atmosphere that the organizers managed to create: "I was impressed by the amazing ease of the material presentation and the sincere interest of the moderators in the result of each of us. This is a case when learning becomes a real resource and gives inspiration."
The staff of the university and college expresses its sincere gratitude to the moderators — Viktoriia Solomakha and Vita Kozlova — for their high professionalism, sensitivity, and skill. The space of trust and safety they created allowed each participant to "reboot" and obtain practical tools for preserving mental health.
The workshop became an important reminder: taking care of oneself is not a luxury, but a necessary condition to continue carrying the light of knowledge even in the darkest times.

We take care of our resource together! Moving closer to Victory!
