Dear Applicant 2025(2026)! We invite you to familiarize yourself with military registration duties.
In 2025 (2026), the admission of young men/male individuals for studies at the State Institution "Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University" to pursue the first, second, and third levels of higher education is carried out provided they submit one of the following military registration documents:
- certificate of registration to the conscription district (can be submitted by applicants under 25 years of age);
- military card (service record);
- temporary certificate of a person liable for military service.
Please note! The listed documents must contain a mark (stamp/seal) of the territorial recruitment and social support center (TRSSCC / TCC and SP) where the applicant is/was registered for military service. The document must bear the mark specifically from an authority named "TRSSCC and SP", not "military commissariat / voenkomat".
- Applicants, students, persons liable for military service, and conscripts must familiarize themselves with the Rules of Military Registration of Conscripts and Persons Liable for Military Service (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1487 dated May 18, 2024; https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1487-2022-%D0%BF#Text) and strictly comply with them.

Enrollment for studies of citizens who are subject to military registration and reside in the temporarily occupied territory, or have departed from the temporarily occupied territory and active combat zones abroad, is carried out with a postponement of their military registration and issuance of military registration documents within a seven-day period from the date of termination or cancellation of the legal regime of martial law.
