Online seminar "Certification-2025: integrity, independence, flexibility"

Modern education requires constant improvement, and one of the important tools for this is teacher certification. Higher education students of ERI MIT, majoring in Secondary Education (Mathematics), attended the online seminar "Certification-2025: Integrity, Independence, Flexibility" held on December 3, which became a platform for discussing current issues of certification and its role in the professional development of educators. 

   The purpose of the event was to familiarize educators with the key aspects of the reformed teacher certification system to be introduced in 2025. The main emphasis was placed on the following principles: 

1. Integrity. Certification should reflect the full range of a teacher's professional competence: from pedagogical skills to the application of modern teaching methods. 

2. Independence. The certification process must be objective and impartial, ensuring equal opportunities for all educators. 

3. Flexibility. The new approach to certification allows taking into account the individual characteristics of each teacher and the specifics of their professional activity. 

   During the event, the speakers highlighted several important topics: 

- New certification standards. Participants were introduced to the updated evaluation criteria aimed at developing professional skills. 

- The role of self-reflection. The importance of analyzing one's own pedagogical activity for successful certification was emphasized. 

- Benefits of certification. Educators who successfully pass the certification receive not only official confirmation of their qualifications but also additional opportunities for career growth. 

Feedback from the participants confirmed the relevance and value of the seminar. Educators noted that the new certification format is a significant step forward, as it takes into account the real needs of teachers and gives them more freedom in choosing their working methods. 

  The online seminar "Certification-2025" not only helped teachers better understand new approaches to professional assessment but also inspired further development. It was an important step towards creating a higher quality and more modern educational system.
