Lecturers of the Department of Mathematics and Informatics of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies took part in an important event – a TV Link in the form of a webinar, connecting the National Center "Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" (Kyiv) with the European Organization for Nuclear Research CERN (Geneva, Switzerland), the University of Zurich (Switzerland), and the Communal Institution of the Sumy Regional Council – Regional Center for Extracurricular Education and Work with Talented Youth (JAS).

The main topic of the TV Link was "The Mystery of the Birth of the Universe in a Laboratory: How Technology Helps Explore the Quantum World". This is an extremely relevant and engaging topic that combines elements of physics, mathematics, and cutting-edge technologies. As part of the discussion, the latest achievements in the field of quantum phenomena research were presented, alongside the role of academic science in training and developing young talents.

The event highlighted the importance of international cooperation in the scientific field and opened new horizons for young researchers and students striving to understand fundamental questions at the frontier of modern science. This is a bright example of how the integration of education and science fosters the development of creative and critical thinking in young people.
