On December 18, higher education students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies attended a psychological practice session titled "Planning the New Year 2025".
The workshop was conducted by Svitlana VINICHENKO, a psychologist at the Communal Enterprise "Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers", and community consultant for the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How Are You?". The participants worked on creating a personal roadmap to success that will lead to the realization of their boldest plans.
During the reflection tasks, the students had the opportunity to summarize their own achievements and draw important conclusions. An equally important role in planning was played by metaphorical associative cards, which revealed hidden resources, activated intuition, and helped find answers to important questions.
This workshop served as a kind of energetic boost for everyone who is ready to turn their dreams into reality. We thank Ms. Svitlana for the interesting techniques used for self-discovery and understanding one's own desires.
