An open lecture for higher education students and lecturers on the topic "Modern Requirements for Engineers in IoT Device Development and Other Embedded Systems" was held at ERI MIT, at the Department of Information Technologies and Systems of Taras Shevchenko National University of Luhansk. The meeting was organized by the stakeholder company EKTOS UKRAINE. The lecturers were: Serhii Makovetskyi, a tech lead with 10 years of experience in commercial development, and Olga Sokolovska, a recruiter.

EKTOS (Denmark-Ukraine) is a reliable and efficient partner in bringing advanced electronics to the market, providing complete solutions that cover the development, testing, and manufacturing of electronics. EKTOS is an equal opportunity employer that values all employees based on their performance in their respective positions. It was from this very perspective that the students were introduced to the company's representatives.
At the meeting, the audience learned about the history of EKTOS and its mission. The diverse range of the company's fields of activity (agriculture, energy, defense, indoor climate, IoT, LED lighting technology, medical technologies, etc.) provides wide employment opportunities. Therefore, a lot of attention was dedicated specifically to this matter. Olga Sokolovska spoke about the requirements for candidates and the opportunities that the company provides to its employees.

At the end of the lecture, the speakers answered questions from the students and lecturers. Many questions concerned the technological aspects of manufacturing the company's products, which demonstrates a high level of interest in this topic on the part of the higher education students.
