The Embassy of the Republic of India in Ukraine announces the opportunity to receive a scholarship from the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Studies under the program are carried out at Indian universities, and application submission takes place online via the A2A portal: https://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in .
On the portal, you can familiarize yourself with the admission rules, eligibility criteria for each field of study, and document submission requirements for different universities.
