Today, on April 7, the students of ERI MIT took an active part in the thematic meeting "Nine-Tenths of Our Happiness Depends on Health", dedicated to World Health Day, which was conducted by Olena Boiarchuk, the Head of the Department of Human Anatomy and Physiology.



During the event, the key role of physical and mental health in ensuring overall well-being and academic success was discussed. Students had the opportunity to learn practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including:
- Proper nutrition: a balanced diet and its impact on productivity.
- Physical activity: the importance of regular sports activities for body and mind.
- Mental health: methods of stress management and improving emotional well-being.
- Importance of sleep and rest: their impact on cognitive functions.



Participation in such events allows students to realize the importance of health as the foundation for a successful career and a happy life. This contributes to forming a responsible attitude toward one's well-being and skills for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
