Science Days at the Department of Information Technologies and Systems of ERI MIT
Science Days for higher education students recently concluded at the Department of Information Technologies and Systems of ERI MIT. This annual event serves as an important platform for boosting the research activities of students, developing their critical thinking, and acquiring practical skills in the field of information technologies.
Students had the opportunity to showcase their scientific developments, projects, and research in various formats.

Students presented the results of their research in the form of reports, demonstrating knowledge in their chosen fields, the ability to analyze information, and the capacity to argue their conclusions. The reports covered a wide range of topics:
- Oleksii Leshchenko, 1st-year student of the second (master's) level of higher education, major: Software Engineering, topic: "ANALYSIS OF POSSIBLE FAULT TOLERANCE AND AVAILABILITY SOLUTIONS FOR MODERN MULTIMEDIA SYSTEMS USING AWS", research advisor: Pereiaslavska S.O.;
- Yevhen Popkov, 1st-year student of the second (master's) level of higher education, major: Software Engineering, topic: "SERVERLESS ARCHITECTURE AS A MODERN ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL DATABASES", research advisor: Pereiaslavska S.O.;
- Krystyna Teplynska, 4th-year student of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, major: Software Engineering, topic: "FEATURES OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT", research advisor: Smahina O.O.;
- Oleksandr Olenych, 2nd-year student of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, major: Software Engineering, topic: "DEVELOPMENT OF THE AutoDeal PROGRAM.", research advisor: Semenov M.A.;
- Maksym Karlov, 1st-year student of the second (master's) level of higher education, major: Software Engineering, topic: "DIGITALIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL PROCESSES THROUGH THE CREATION OF A FULL-FUNCTIONAL WEB APPLICATION (MERN stack)", research advisor: Kozub H.O.;
- Oleksandr Rudenko, 1st-year student of the second (master's) level of higher education, major: Software Engineering, topic: "RESEARCH OF DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGIES FOR A COMPUTER VISION SYSTEM FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE NAVIGATION TASKS", research advisor: Kozub H.O.;
- Oleksandr Olenych and Maksym Lypchanskyi, 2nd-year students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, major: Software Engineering, topic: "DEVELOPMENT OF A USER INTERFACE FOR A REAL ESTATE SALES PROGRAM", research advisor: Kozub H.O.;
- Oleksandr Furman, 3rd-year student of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, major: Software Engineering, topic: "FEATURES OF CHATBOT CREATION USING THE Python PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE", research advisor: Mohylnyi H.A..
This format provided students with the opportunity to display their projects as presentations, allowing for detailed discussions with professors, research advisors, and fellow students. Such an interactive format encourages the exchange of ideas, constructive feedback, and professional networking.

The outcomes of Science Days demonstrated a high level of student engagement in scientific activities and their readiness to conduct independent research. The Department of Information Technologies and Systems continues to actively support student scientific initiatives, creating a nurturing environment for their growth and fulfillment.
