For the All-Ukrainian Library Day – 2025, the University Library invites students of SHEI "Taras Shevchenko LNU" of all levels to take part in a meme contest "About Reading".
What is required to participate? – A very simple task:
- Prepare a meme on the topic of reading! We are curious about what exactly you associate reading, books, and the library with!
Requirements for the contest entry:
1. The contest entry must be made personally by the participant specifically for participating in the contest dedicated to the All-Ukrainian Library Day – 2025 and must match the "reading" theme.
2. The contest entry must be sent to the library's email address lib@luguniv.edu.ua from September 15, 2025, to September 26, 2025, inclusive.
3. The contest entry must include the title, last name and first name of the author, name of the educational subdivision, major and academic year, as well as a phone number or a valid email address to contact the contestant. The data must be entered into the form at the following link: https://forms.gle/kgvxYnDbWCp3JhtY9 .
Format and design requirements for the contest entry:
Methods of execution:
by hand in any drawing technique;
created in a graphic editor;
generated using artificial intelligence.
Image format:
JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF, MP4, AVI.
Text language:
Ukrainian.
Number of images – no more than 3 pieces from one participant.
Dates of the contest:
Submission of entries will last from September 15, 2025, to September 26, 2025, inclusive.
The winners of the contest will be determined based on the results of the jury's vote.
Awards for contest participants:
Every participant who fulfills all the conditions of the contest will receive an electronic certificate. Three winners will receive special gifts.
Announcement of results: September 30, 2025, on the official resources of the university and the library, as well as notifications to the winners via the provided contact information.
