"Marketing Battle of Ideas" — Teamwork and New Talents at Luhansk National University Named After Taras Shevchenko
Recently, the Marketing Department organized and held a competition called "Marketing Battle of Ideas" for students of LNU structural subdivisions at the Myrhorod location — the Educational and Research Institutes of: Mathematics and Information Technologies; Natural and Agricultural Sciences; Business and Management.
The event took place within the framework of non-formal education and was aimed at enhancing students' professional competence.
The purpose of the competition was to develop creativity and teamwork, improve practical skills in the field of marketing, advertising, and communications, as well as to identify talented students capable of generating innovative ideas for promoting the university.
Yevheniia Kulyk, the Head of the Marketing Department, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, introducing her team and emphasizing that the department is responsible for the visibility, modern communication, and positive image of LNU.
Next, Tetiana Demianchuk, a Leading Specialist, familiarized the students with the rules, tasks, and stages of the competition.
The students were divided into two teams — "Dekompoty" and "Fantazery", while the marketing team acted as the jury.
The main stages of the competition covered three areas: creative advertising, social media, and event marketing.
The participants impressed the jury with their bright ideas, team-oriented approach, and vibrant energy. As a result — friendship, creativity, and team spirit won!
All students received certificates and gifts, which were kindly provided by Volodymyr Moroz, the Head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the university.
The staff of the Marketing Department express their sincere gratitude to the management of ERI MIT, ERI NAS, and ERI BM for their support and fruitful cooperation in organizing the event. The best student ideas will be implemented in future marketing projects of the university.
After the "Marketing Battle of Ideas" competition, the specialists of the department became convinced that creative minds capable of turning big ideas into reality study at LNU.
