On October 28, 2025, regular online trainings on conscious stress resilience were held for students of the Myrhorod location — structural subdivisions of the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agricultural Sciences and the Educational and Research Institute of Business and Management.
The event was organized by Anton Nazmiiev, Assistant at the Department of Psychology, PhD, Head of the Center for Psychological Recovery and Adaptation, and Psychologist at the Veteran Development Center, who initiated a series of practical sessions titled "Conscious Stress Resilience: Understanding Oneself and Managing One's Emotional State".
The training was traditionally conducted by Nina Lykharieva, a psychologist at the Mental Health Center in Kyiv. During the session, the participants learned about the factors that contribute to the development of resilience (psychological stamina), discussed the multidimensional BASIC Ph model, as well as human reactions to trauma and stress, their types, and specific features of manifestation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, students took an online stress level test and immediately received their results, which allowed them to better understand their own emotional state.
Such trainings are of great importance for student youth, as they help to build skills of self-regulation, awareness of one's own emotions, and constructive response to difficult life situations. This is not only a support for mental health, but also an important step towards forming a mature, responsible, and resilient personality.
