Meeting with war veterans

Today, on December 8, 2025, a significant event took place, uniting the student youth and lecturers of the ERI MIT with the defenders of our Motherland. As part of a patriotic and educational initiative, our institute visited the Veterans Support Center, where a warm and open meeting with war veterans was held.

Students and lecturers had a unique opportunity to hear stories and discuss topical issues with the people who stood in defense of our state.

The meeting featured speeches by honored guests representing organizations that take care of veterans' affairs:

1. Bohdan Ihorovych Yakovenko – Head of the Veterans Affairs Department.

2. Roman Oleksiiovych Dutnyk – Deputy Head of the NGO "Defender of the State".

3. Liudmyla Ivanivna Dashchenko – Specialist of the Veterans Affairs Department.

The speakers shared their experiences, spoke about the importance of supporting veterans, and outlined the role of every citizen in shaping a decent future. The participants of the meeting emphasized the necessity of preserving the memory of our defenders' feats and the active participation of youth in volunteer initiatives.

Such meetings are extremely important for shaping national consciousness and a patriotic spirit among students. We express our deepest gratitude to our veterans for their courage, resilience, and readiness to share their experience.
