Students of the ERI MIT took part in an online meeting organized jointly with the Myrhorod Employment Center and the Career Development Center of Luhansk National University named after Taras Shevchenko.
The purpose of the event was to familiarize youth with employment opportunities, modern employer requirements, and services that help students make a confident start in their professional environment.
Within the framework of the meeting, representatives of the Employment Center provided information on:
current vacancies and labor market trends;
support programs for young specialists;
internship and professional training opportunities.
The Head of the Career Development Center, Larysa Kochura, demonstrated tools that help students shape their own career trajectory, and spoke about resume preparation, job interviews, and effective self-presentation.
Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical recommendations regarding the first steps in their job search.
The event took place in a constructive atmosphere and became an important element of the work to facilitate the professional development of students.
