The Educational and Research Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies has successfully held the defense of master's qualification theses for students majoring in "Computer Science", "Computer Engineering", and "Software Engineering", as well as for the educational degrees of Secondary Education (Mathematics) and Secondary Education (Computer Science).
The examination committees were chaired by Serhii Ivanovych Homeniuk, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics at Zaporizhzhia National University, and Andrii Ivanovych Kupin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Computer Systems and Networks at Kryvyi Rih National University.
Over several days, the students demonstrated the results of their research and developments, which represent the culmination of their studies at the institute. The committees carefully evaluated the presented works, taking into account the relevance of the topic, the depth of research, the practical value of the results obtained, and the quality of the material presentation.
The defenses took place in the format of presentations, during which the students briefly outlined the main points of their qualification theses, answered questions from committee members, and substantiated their conclusions. The topics of the works were diverse and covered a wide range of issues related to computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, mathematics, and computer science.
The committees paid special attention to the practical implementation of the presented projects, their applicability in real-world conditions, as well as the students' innovative approach to solving the assigned tasks. Many works possessed practical significance and potential for further implementation in industry and other fields of activity.
