On February 24, 2026, higher education students of two educational and scientific institutes of our university had the opportunity to take part in the educational and practical training "Mental Health". The training was conducted by Svitlana VINICHENKO – a psychologist of the Communal Institution
"Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers of the Myrhorod City Council" and a community consultant of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How Are You?", an initiative of the First Lady Olena ZELENSKA.
The topic of the event was extremely relevant – "Workshop: Resilience – Strength in Stability. Features of Self-Help and Support in War Conditions." During the training, the participants gained theoretical knowledge about psychological resilience and self-help methods, as well as practical skills for supporting themselves and others in difficult life circumstances.
The interactive exercises were especially useful for the students, helping them realize their own resilience resources, learn effective techniques for emotional regulation, and reduce stress levels. Each participant had the opportunity to actively join the discussions, share experiences, and receive recommendations on supporting mental health amid modern challenges.
The training left the students with vivid impressions and practical tips that they will be able to apply in their daily lives, studies, and social interactions.
Such events contribute to the formation of a more conscious and responsible attitude towards one's own mental health and the health of those around them.

The students sincerely thanked Svitlana VINICHENKO for conducting the training, for her valuable advice and support, which inspires the development of resilience and taking care of one's own mental health!
