Day of the Ukrainian volunteer in NN IMIT

Every year on March 14, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Ukrainian Volunteer — a day to honor the courage, patriotism, and self-sacrifice of people who, at the most difficult time for the state, voluntarily stood up to protect its independence and territorial integrity.

On the eve of this date, on March 13, a memorial event dedicated to Ukrainian volunteers and all victims of Russian aggression was held at the Myrhorod House of Culture.

At 9:00, the event participants honored with a minute of silence the defenders of Ukraine, as well as civilians, including children, whose lives were tragically cut short by the war. This moment became a symbol of deep respect, gratitude, and sorrow for those who gave their lives for the freedom of our state.

Following this, a film screening of the feature movie "Cyborgs: Heroes Never Die" was held in the exhibition hall for students and representatives of the institute.

The film tells the story of the heroic defense of the Donetsk Airport and the courage of the Ukrainian military, who became a symbol of indomitatibility and strength of mind. Watching the film was an opportunity to think once again about the price of freedom, feel pride in our warriors, and honor the memory of those who gave their lives for Ukraine.

Such events help preserve historical memory, foster respect for the feat of Ukrainian defenders, and form a sense of patriotism, responsibility, and love for the Motherland among the youth.

We remember the feat of the volunteers.

We honor the heroes.

Together — to Victory!Image removed.
