Traditionally, on September 21, Ukraine and the entire world celebrate the International Day of Peace.
The greatest happiness in the world is peace, when people live in harmony and tranquility, the earth does not shake from terrible explosions, and tears of grief and loss are not shed. This day is dedicated to the ideals of peace both within states and in relations between all states and peoples, and it is meant to make everyone not only think but also do something for the sake of tranquility on Earth.
Therefore, with the aim of fostering a deep understanding of issues related to peace, expanding the knowledge of higher education students about the importance of peace, and nurturing patriotism and respect for people of different nationalities, an educational event was held today at ERI MIT. Student Tetiana Kuts spoke about the history of the holiday's establishment and demonstrated a video about the symbol of peace.
On the International Day of Peace, we wish all of us a peaceful sky and new discoveries that will stop misfortunes, diseases, and cataclysms! We wish to do good in every field of activity, because this is our country, our Earth – and it is up to us to live here!
