On March 9, Ukraine and the world celebrate the 212th anniversary of the birth of our spiritual prophet, outstanding poet, talented artist, and far-sighted thinker — Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko.

We are convinced that true education shapes a well-rounded personality. Today, we proudly congratulate our student Tetiana Kuts, who won the title of "Vice-Miss University–2026", becoming a symbol of grace and intellect of our institute.

On February 27, celebrations dedicated to the 105th anniversary of Luhansk National University named after Taras Shevchenko took place in the assembly hall of the Center for Aesthetic Education at the Myrhorod location.

On February 24, 2026, higher education students of two educational and scientific institutes of our university had the opportunity to take part in the educational and practical training "Mental Health". The training was conducted by Svitlana VINICHENKO – a psychologist of the Communal Institution

 "Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers of the Myrhorod City Council" and a community consultant of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How Are You?", an initiative of the First Lady Olena ZELENSKA.

On January 29–30, 2026, a landmark event for our scientific community took place — the V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Latest Technological Trends of Smart Industry and the Internet of Things", where our institute acted not only as an active participant but also as a co-organizer.

The Director of ERI MIT, Hennadii MOHYLNYI, took part in a webinar dedicated to the creation of an interuniversity laboratory for software development. The key topic of the event was the introduction of the "Certification System of IT Disciplines" project (https://it-kharkiv.com/projects/systema-sertyfikatsiyi-it-dystsyplin/), aimed at improving the quality of IT education in Ukraine.
