LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION
to the first (bachelor's) level of higher education
− identity document; in case of submitting an ID card, a paper extract from the Unified State Demographic Register;
− certificate of assignment of the identification code;
− state-recognized document on the previously obtained educational degree, which serves as the basis for admission, and its supplement;
− certificate of National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) results (if using NMT results from 2023–2026);
− medical certificate form 086-o;
− 4 color photographs measuring 3x4 cm;
− certificate of state registration of civil status regarding a change of surname, first name, or patronymic (in case of a change of surname);
− military registration document for persons liable for military service or a registration certificate;
− documents confirming the applicant's right to special conditions for participation in the competition and/or special conditions for obtaining higher education (if applicable).
LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION
to the second (master's) level of higher education
− identity document; in case of submitting an ID card, a paper extract from the Unified State Demographic Register;
− certificate of assignment of the identification code;
− state-recognized document on the previously obtained educational degree, which serves as the basis for admission, and its supplement;
− examination paper for passing the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) and the Unified Professional Entrance Test (UPET) (if using these results);
− 4 color photographs measuring 3x4 cm;
− certificate of state registration of civil status regarding a change of surname, first name, or patronymic (in case of a change of surname);
− military registration document for persons liable for military service or a registration certificate;
− documents confirming the applicant's right to special conditions for participation in the competition and/or special conditions for obtaining higher education at the expense of the budget (if applicable);
− employment certificate (when applying via vouchers);
− copy of the employment record book, certified by the personnel department (all pages - when applying via vouchers).
* Electronic copies of the original paper documents (scanned copies) must be in color, clear and legible, and certified by the individual's electronic signature in accordance with legislation on electronic trust services. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the electronic copies (scanned copies) correspond to the original paper documents.
