On the basis of the State Institution "Taras Shevchenko National University of Luhansk", the "Donbas-Ukraine" and "Crimea-Ukraine" educational centers operate, where applicants from the TOT (temporarily occupied territories) and ONT can enroll through a simplified procedure (within the Quota-2 framework).
The educational centers:
provide consultation and assistance in completing the Applicant's declaration (download);
facilitate the conducting of annual assessments and the State Final Examination of the Applicant in Ukrainian language and History of Ukraine, and the issuance of state-recognized documents on basic or complete general secondary education (applications);
organize the processing of the Applicant's documents, conduct entrance examinations (interview, creative competition) for Taras Shevchenko National University of Luhansk;
assist in accommodating the Applicant in a dormitory for the duration of the annual assessment, State Final Examination (DPA), and entrance examination.
