Head of the Center – Larysa KOCHURA

The Career Development Center is a structural subdivision of the fourth institutional level of the internal education quality assurance system at the university.

The Center was established by the decision of the Academic Council of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University on October 25, 2019 (protocol No. 3) with the aim of improving the quality of education, professional support for higher education students and university graduates, and constant cooperation with employers.

The Career Development Center is a university-wide unit designed to promote the creation of conditions for career development and subsequent employment of higher education students; support for student initiatives through the provision of consulting and information services, organization of non-formal education, training sessions, seminars, and other events.

  • Studying the labor market
  • Cooperation with the employment center
  • Organization and holding of job fairs
  • Informing students about employment opportunities
  • Assisting students in creating resumes
  • Organization of student internships at enterprises
  • Preparation and conclusion of agreements between the university and institutions for the possibility of internships and further employment
